Esitel Systems S.L. processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
Only what you give us when you contact us through the form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company, email, phone, company size and your message, plus minimal technical data needed to run and secure the site (such as IP addresses in server logs).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal if you ask for one: your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing the business relationship if you become a client: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Understanding, in aggregate and anonymously, how the site is used: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), using Umami on our own server, with no cookies and no identification of individuals.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer it and for no more than one year if no business relationship follows. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We rely on processors such as Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace email, with transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses), our web hosting provider IONOS SE (data centres in the European Union, Germany) and, only if you choose to message us there, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@esitel.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
